✅ Please check your product carefully at the time of delivery.
🚫 No return or replacement will be accepted after receiving and accepting the product from the delivery person.
⚙️ If any manufacturing fault or defect is found, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
📩 To report an issue, please message our page or contact us with clear photos/video proof of the problem.
🛍️ After verification, a solution or replacement will be provided as per company policy.
Refund Policy for Prepayment
Returns/ Refund:
All sold merchandise cannot be returned unless item received is damaged,worn or incorrect
Unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise may be returned within 10 days for refund.
The original shipping charges (as on actual) are non-refundable.
No discounted/special offer item will be refundable.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days

DCS Product Usage & Service Policy
1. Rainwear Policy
All DCS rainwear products are carefully inspected before delivery to ensure proper waterproof performance.
Customers are requested to use the raincoat correctly by fully closing the zipper, Velcro, and all adjustment points during use.
✅ Any manufacturing or waterproofing issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product with clear photo/video evidence.
✅ Eligible cases may receive exchange support after inspection by the DCS support team.
Please note:
❌ Claims after 7 days will not be accepted.
❌ Issues caused by improper usage, open fittings, accidental damage, pressure leakage, or regular wear are not covered.
❌ Water entry due to incorrect wearing or improper sealing is not considered a manufacturing fault.
2. Defend Security Disc Lock Policy
All Defend Security Disc Locks are inspected and tested before delivery to ensure proper performance and security.
Customers are requested to use and maintain the lock properly. Regular cleaning and proper handling are necessary for long-term performance.
✅ Any manufacturing-related issue must be reported within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.
✅ Eligible cases will be inspected by the Defend support team before any service decision.
Please note:
❌ No service, replacement, or warranty will be provided for locks with physical damage, impact marks, rust due to improper maintenance, broken keys, forced opening attempts, misuse, accidental damage, or water damage caused by lack of maintenance.
❌ Issues reported after 7 days of purchase will not be considered under service policy.
